TOWER MIXING PLANT
The BS040 Blending Station is a high-performance fixed automated plant designed for the dry dosing and mixing of inert powders (aggregates, carbonate, silica, gypsum) with binders (cement, lime, calcium sulfate) and additives (resins, air-entraining agents, plasticizers, fibers, cellulose) for the production of ready-to-use products, either in bulk or in bagged and palletized form, such as screeds, subfloors, mortars for plasters, masonry, finishes, repairs, waterproofing materials, and adhesives. The plant can be customized according to specific production needs and ensures a production capacity of up to 40 m³/h of premixed material.
A TAILOR-MADE PROJECT
The design of BS040 plants starts from a detailed analysis of the customer’s specific requirements in terms of material characteristics, required productivity, dosing accuracy, and mixture homogeneity, leading to the adaptation of components according to the available installation space and the desired management methods of the plant itself.
AUTOMATED SYSTEM
All stages of the production process are controlled by a personal computer, while the formulas and dosing of individual components are managed by a PLC connected to high-precision gravimetric electronic weighing systems with load cells operating by weight reduction. The mixer guarantees excellent homogenization of the premixed material. This system ensures quality, consistency (repeatability), and traceability for each production cycle, according to the technical specifications required for the final blended product.
