STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT
The TECNO LT model plant is a fixed (stationary) plant for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) in truck mixers and is the basic version of the TECNO mobile batching plant. The features that distinguish TECNO LT stationary concrete batching plants from traditional plants are, in addition to their optimized dimensions to minimize transport costs, their compactness, ease of installation and high versatility, unique characteristics that allow the TECNO LT aggregate batching unit to be installed in the most cramped and difficult places, inside buildings and tunnels as well as in the built-up areas of traffic-congested cities. TECNO LT stationary batching plants are particularly suitable for the production and sale of concrete to third parties, to produce concrete on medium-long term sites and for sites with limited working areas: RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) concrete for urban works, road works and housing works, as well as RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) concrete for wind foundations and river works (dams and embankments).
CONCRETE PRODUCTION FROM 60 TO 100 m³/h
Like the TECNO mobile batching plants, the TECNO LT stationary batching plants for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) in truck mixers are also designed for batching inert materials (aggregates) such as sand, gravel and crushed stone with a grain size of up to 50 mm and are available in versions with 2, 3 or 4 storage bins in the variants of (a) TECNO 060 LT, with a capacity of 60 m³/h and hoppers for aggregates of 8 m³ each, (b) TECNO 100 LT, with a capacity of 100 m³/h and hoppers for aggregates of 13 m³ each and (c) TECNO 100 PLUS LT, with a capacity of 100 m³/h and hoppers for aggregates with an independent weighing system of 11 m³ each. The dimensions of the entire series are small enough to be transported on normal trucks (overland) or flat rack containers (by ship). The dosing of all components (aggregates, cement, water and additives), as well as the detection of the moisture retained by the aggregates and the consequent modification of the quantities of water introduced into the mix, is done automatically thanks to a user-friendly touchscreen management system on board the machine or through a PC station located inside the control cabin.
SILMATIC VERTICAL MONOLITHIC AND TELESCOPIC SILOS
In a plant for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete), the storage and batching of one or more types of cement is a fundamental and indispensable component. If EUROSILO mobile horizontal silos are the ideal match for TECNO mobile batching plants, the natural match for TECNO LT fixed (stationary) batching plants are the monolithic and telescopic vertical silos (fixed/stationary) for powders with electronic weighing system, SILMATIC version. This configuration allows the vertical development of the working area and guarantees, by limiting the overall dimensions of the entire plant, a considerable saving of space required on site.
