The MINI-BETON<\/strong> is engineered for the accurate dosing of aggregates<\/strong> such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone with particle sizes up to 50 mm<\/strong>. Its compact and functional structure<\/strong> ensures consistent and homogeneous concrete production<\/strong>, with a capacity of up to 20 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>.
It is available in the two-hopper configuration<\/strong>, with two main models: the MINI-BETON 08<\/strong>, producing up to 20 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>, and the MINI-BETON 16<\/strong>, with a capacity of 20m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>. Both models are equipped with two 8m\u00b3 aggregate hoppers<\/strong> and an independent electronic weighing system<\/strong>, ensuring precise dosing, constant process control<\/strong>, and reduced material waste<\/strong>. AUTOMATIC DOSING VIA TOUCHSCREEN OR PC<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The dosing of all components<\/strong> (aggregates, cement, water, and additives) is fully automated<\/strong> through an intelligent control software system<\/strong>. This system is capable of detecting aggregate moisture<\/strong> and automatically adjusting the water content<\/strong> to ensure a perfectly consistent concrete mix.

In a MINI-BETON plant for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete), the storage and batching of one or more types of cement can be carried out using mobile horizontal EUROSILO<\/a> silos, vertical monolithic<\/a>, telescopic<\/a> and modular panel<\/a> silos, or big-bag emptying<\/a> silos.
