The BS040M (Blending Mobile Station) is a mobile automated plant design for dry dosing and mixing of inert powders<\/strong> (aggregates, carbonate, silica, gypsum) with binders (cement, lime, calcium sulphate) and additives (resins, aerating agents, fluidifying agents, fibers, cellulose) for the production of ready-to-use products, either in bulk or in bagged and palletized form. <\/strong>It is suitable for the production ofscreeds, subfloors, mortars for plasters, masonry, finishes, restorations, waterproofing materials, and adhesives. <\/strong>The plant is designed to ensure maximum handling simplicity<\/strong>for the user and can achieve aproduction capacity of up to 40 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong>of premixed material.<\/p>\n Unlike the stationary BS040 blending plants<\/a>, the mobile BS040M ready-mix construction plants are compact in size<\/strong> and optimized for transport. They are designed for rapid installation (within a few hours)<\/strong> and represent the ideal solution<\/strong> for users who need to relocate the machine frequently<\/strong> or who operate in construction sites with limited space<\/strong>.\u00a0The mobile dosing and mixing unit BS040M, as well as the BS075M<\/a>, are generally combined with several EUROSILO mobile horizontal silos<\/a> for storing and retrieving the raw materials to be mixed. As an alternative to the horizontal silos, vertical monolithic<\/a>, telescopic<\/a> or panel silos<\/a> can be combined. Additional components allow the storage of the mixed material, the filling of the tanker truck used for the transport of bulk materials or the packaging of bags for palletizing.<\/p>\n The process is controlled by a personal computer and a PLC<\/strong>, connected to gravimetric electronic weighing systems<\/strong> with load cells.
