Hook-lift silos EUROSILO S

Description

MOBILE HOOK-LIFT SILO

The EUROSILO S mobile hook-lift silo is specifically designed for fast transport, handling, and deployment on temporary construction sites. Unlike standard horizontal silos, this version is equipped with a dedicated cradle frame that allows loading, unloading, and transport using a hook-lift truck with a hydraulic arm, eliminating the need for additional lifting equipment.
This configuration significantly improves logistics efficiency, enabling rapid relocation between job sites and reducing downtime. The hook-lift system makes the EUROSILO S an optimal solution for companies operating across multiple construction sites where speed, flexibility, and operational continuity are critical.

STORAGE FROM 15 TO 32 M³

EUROSILO S mobile hook-lift silos are available in different configurations to match varying production requirements. The range includes models with storage capacities of 15, 29, and 32 m³, ensuring flexibility in both small and medium-scale applications.
Two dosing systems are available: the EUROSILO S/DE version with electronic dosing for higher precision and process control, and the EUROSILO S/T version with timed extraction for simpler and more robust operations. Like all EUROSILO horizontal silos, these units are suitable for storing and dosing a wide range of powdered and granular materials, including cement, lime, fly ash, fillers, bentonite, and sand.

FAST SET-UP

The EUROSILO S mobile hook-lift silo is engineered to minimize installation time and eliminate unnecessary manual operations on site. Thanks to its design and dedicated accessories, the system can be deployed and made operational within minutes.

Optional components such as the self-installing dust suppression filter and the discharge screw with hydraulic coupling are designed to remain in position during transport, removing the need for assembly or disassembly phases. This approach reduces labor requirements, limits operational risks, and ensures a faster and more efficient start-up compared to traditional silo solutions.
