STORAGE FROM 8 TO 75 m³
SILMATIC cement and lime silos represent the fully equipped version of traditional monolithic and telescopic silos. They are avaible with diameters of 2.2, 2.4 and 3.0 m, and storage capacities ranging from 8 to 75 m³.and are Suitable for storing and dosing cement, lime, fly ash, sand, and similar materials, SILMATIC silos are designed to optimize transport costs. Pre-wired and pre-assembled, they offer an economical solution for fixed installations or for users who do not require specialized mobile equipment such as EUROSILO horizontal silos.
ELECTRONIC DOSING
SILMATIC DE cement and lime silos are equipped with a gravimetric electronic weighing system with load cells operating by weight reduction. This system allows: (1) the unloading of the material by deduction weighing, (2) the setting of automatic unloading programs, (3) the automatic management of the vibrator, (4) the control of the purchased quantities, (5) the control of the remaining quantities.
TIMED DOSING
SILMATIC T cement and lime silos are equipped with an adjustable timer- controlled discharge system that allows: (1) the discharge of the material in volumetric mode, (2) the setting of the timer scale in seconds, minutes or hours, (3) the additional management of the discharges in fully manual start/stop mode.
