MINI CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT
Designed for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete), the MINI-BETON concrete batching plant with mixer offers a compact, efficient and easily transportable solution. Thanks to its ultra-compact dimensions, it allows quick transfer between construction sites and immediate installation even in confined spaces, without requiring ramps for aggregate loading. This feature makes it perfect for use in indoor environments, congested urban areas, or temporary sites, where workspace is limited and setup times must be minimized. The MINI-BETON guarantees high production efficiency in short- and medium-term construction sites, offering an ideal balance between performance, practicality and concrete quality. It has been designed to simplify production operations, reduce costs and increase productivity, while maintaining high standards of precision and reliability over time.
CONCRETE PRODUCTION FROM 6 TO 20 m³/h
The MINI-BETON is engineered for the accurate dosing of aggregates such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone with particle sizes up to 50 mm. Its compact and functional structure ensures consistent and homogeneous concrete production, with a capacity of up to 20 m³/h.
It is available in the two-hopper configuration, with two main models: the MINI-BETON 06, producing up to 6 m³/h, and the MINI-BETON 10, with a capacity of 10 m³/h. Both models are equipped with two 11 m³ aggregate hoppers and an independent electronic weighing system, ensuring precise dosing, constant process control, and reduced material waste. Thanks to these features, the MINI-BETON ensures homogeneity, continuity, and superior concrete quality, even under challenging operating conditions.
AUTOMATIC DOSING VIA TOUCHSCREEN OR PC
The dosing of all components (aggregates, cement, water, and additives) is fully automated through an intelligent control software system. This system is capable of detecting aggregate moisture and automatically adjusting the water content to ensure a perfectly consistent concrete mix.
Operations can be managed from a touchscreen interface on board the machine or from a PC station inside the control cabin, providing the operator with maximum simplicity, precision, and full process traceability. The automation of the production cycle reduces human error and guarantees reliability and repeatability, making the MINI-BETON ideal for the production of concrete for urban, road, residential, wind power, and hydraulic projects such as dams, embankments, and waterworks.
VERTICAL SILOS, HORIZONTAL SILOS or VACUUM SILOS
In a MINI-BETON plant for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete), the storage and batching of one or more types of cement can be carried out using mobile horizontal EUROSILO silos, vertical monolithic, telescopic and modular panel silos, or big-bag emptying silos. These systems ensure efficient and flexible material handling, optimising the production process.
