25 kg BAG BREAKER and BIG BAG EMPTYER
The RS1 bag breaker is designed to break, empty and transfer powder and granular materials purchased in either 25kg bags or bulk bags (FIBC bags) and is a simple, cost-effective and efficient solution for smaller sites or situations and areas where bulk material supply is difficult or impossible.
BAG OPENING AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT
Bags of cement, lime, bentonite, sand, or similar materials can be easily opened using the cutting blade located on the top of the hopper.
When using big bags (bulk bags or FIBC bags) with a tied discharge spout, opening is performed manually to avoid damaging the bag.
The extracted material can then be transferred to the desired height and distance by operating the discharge screw conveyor via the on-board electrical control panel.
WINNING COMBINATIONS
The RS1 bag breaker, just like the RS05, are used for adding additives in powder-mixing plants and in various types of mixing plants, for filling vertical silos and horizontal silos with bags, or in combination with the mobile TECNO batching plant or the stationary TECNO LT if a mobile plant for the production of concrete at low costs is desired.
