MONOLITHIC vertical silos

Description

MONOBLOC STRUCTURE

The monolithic vertical silo, unlike the telescopic vertical silo and the panel vertical silo, is made up of several elements (viroles) welded together in a single block. As well as being extremely easy to assemble on site, the monolithic construction that characterizes this type of silo guarantees maximum tightness against humidity and infiltration. The monolithic vertical silos are transportable by land on normal tractor-trailers or lorries and, thanks to the reduced diameter versions, also by sea inside ordinary containers (Box, High Cube and Open Top).

CEMENT, LIME AND SIMILAR

The vertical monolithic silo has always been the classic “container” for storing powdery and granular materials such as cement, lime, fillers, fly ash, bentonite, sand and similar products. A wide range of accessories (vibrators, fluidifications, filters, valves, ladders, railings, etc.) make it a highly configurable product that can be adapted to specific requirements.

STORAGE FROM 8 TO 105 m³

Monolithic vertical silos are available in 2.2, 2.4 and 3.0 m diameter versions and can have storage capacities from 8 to 110 m³. In its complete configuration, equipped with the appropriate control devices (discharge screw, electric control panel, level indicators, etc.), the monolithic vertical silo becomes a fully automated SILMATIC silo.
