Container silos EUROSILO C

Description

SILO WITH CONTAINER STRUCTURE

Designed to offer maximum logistical flexibility, EUROSILO C horizontal container silos are engineered to be easily stackable or integrated with other standard container structures. This structural feature minimizes land consumption and the ground footprint within the construction site, making these units the ideal solution for the most critical and congested logistical scenarios. They are particularly suited for building and infrastructure sites located in major city centers, where operational space is extremely limited.

CONCRETE, PREMIX and JET GROUTING

EUROSILO C container silos are specifically developed for the storage and controlled dosing of powdered and granular materials used in concrete production, premix plants, and jet grouting applications. They are commonly used for handling materials such as cement, bentonite, lime, fillers, and similar bulk products.
In concrete and premix plants, these silos ensure a consistent and reliable supply of materials to batching systems, supporting continuous production processes. In jet grouting operations, they play a critical role in foundation consolidation and diaphragm wall construction, where precise material dosing and process continuity are essential for structural performance and site safety.

ELECTRONIC AND TIMED DOSING

The EUROSILO C container silo is available in two dosing configurations, allowing adaptation to different levels of process control and operational complexity. The electronic dosing version is equipped with a gravimetric load cell weighing system based on decreasing weight, ensuring high accuracy and precise material management in automated production environments.
The timed dosing version uses an adjustable extraction timer, providing a simpler and more robust solution for applications where advanced control systems are not required. This dual configuration approach allows the EUROSILO C to be integrated efficiently into both automated plants and more basic operational setups, maintaining flexibility without compromising reliability.
