MINI MOBILE BATCHING PLANT: THE COMPACTNESS OF TECNO STRATOS

LOADING AND UNLOADING AGGREGATES PROGRESSIVE STRATIFIED
The operation of the TECNO STRATOS mobile mini batching plants for the production of RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) is based on progressive layered filling: a traffic light with green, yellow, and red lights indicates to the operator the filling status of the aggregate dosing hopper. The green light signals the start of loading sand, gravel, or crushed stone; the yellow light warns that the preset quantity is being approached; and the red light indicates that the target dosing quantity has been reached. This same filling sequence is used for all types of aggregates to be dosed and stored within the recipe. To increase job site productivity, the plant can be configured with an optional, second independent aggregate hopper. This logistical extension allows for the reloading of reclaimed material while the first hopper is still emptying, thus enabling optimal production cycle time management and eliminating downtime.
