MONOLITHIC vertical silos

Description

MONOBLOC STRUCTURE

The monolithic vertical silo is designed as a robust and reliable solution for permanent or long-term installations. Unlike telescopic or panel silos, this configuration is composed of welded cylindrical sections (viroles) assembled to form a single, continuous structure, ensuring high mechanical strength and structural integrity.
This monolithic construction provides superior protection against humidity, material infiltration, and environmental exposure, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring long-term storage stability. From a logistical standpoint, monolithic vertical silos are easily transportable by land on standard trucks or articulated trailers. Furthermore, thanks to the design of special reduced-diameter versions, they can be shipped by sea for international export inside standard Box, High Cube, and Open Top containers.

CEMENT, LIME, AND SIMILAR MATERIALS: TAILOR-MADE CONFIGURATION

The monolithic vertical silo represents the classic and proven industrial benchmark for the safe storage of powder and granular materials such as cement, lime, fillers, fly ash, bentonite, sand, and other similar bulk products. To meet every operational requirement on site with precision, the system boasts a wide range of integrable industrial accessories. This extensive catalog of optional components includes fluidization systems, dust-cleaning filters, safety valves, electrodynamic vibrators, access ladders, and safety guardrails, making the silo a highly configurable product that adapts perfectly to the specific application needs of any concrete batching plant.

STORAGE FROM 8 TO 105 m³

Monolithic vertical cement silos are available in diameters of 2.2, 2.4, and 3.0 meters, with storage capacities ranging from 8 to 105 m³, making them suitable for a wide variety of production scales and plant configurations.
When equipped with dedicated control and handling components such as discharge screws, electrical control panels, and level monitoring systems, the monolithic silo can be configured as a fully automated SILMATIC system. This configuration enables precise material management, continuous operation, and integration into automated production processes, particularly in concrete batching plants and industrial material handling systems.
