Bag-emptying Devices

SAMI bag emptying and big-bag emptying systems are designed for the controlled handling of cement, lime, additives, and premixed materials packaged in bags or big-bags (FIBC). These solutions transform a potentially discontinuous manual operation into an integrated phase of the production process, ensuring constant plant feeding, reduced dust dispersion, and improved operator safety.

Bag-breaking hoppers allow the controlled opening of 25–50 kg bags and the conveying of material toward screw conveyors or extraction systems, ensuring regular discharge flow. Big-bag emptying solutions are designed for the safe handling of FIBC bags, with dedicated support structures and systems that promote uniform material discharge.

In more advanced configurations, such as the bag-emptying silo, the opening function is integrated with temporary storage capacity, creating a compensation point between manual loading and automatic plant feeding.
