BIG BAG EMPTYING SYSTEM
The SBB1 big bag emptying system is designed to break, empty and transfer powder and granule materials purchased in big bags (bulk bags or FIBC bags) and is a simple, economical and effective solution for small sites with limited space available, or for those situations and areas where bulk material supply is difficult or impossible.
BAG OPENING AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT
Big bags (bulk bags or FIBC bags) containing cement, lime, bentonite, sand, or similar materials can be easily opened using the cutting blade located on the upper part of the hopper. When using big bags with a tied discharge spout, opening is performed manually to avoid damaging the bag. The extracted material can then be transferred to the desired height and distance by operating the discharge screw conveyor via the on-board electrical control panel.
FROM BIG BAG TO PLANT
The big bags (bulk bags or FIBC bags) emptying system model SBB1, just like the RS05 and RS1, is used for the addition of additives in powder mixing plants and in mixing plants of various types, or for the filling by bags of vertical silos and horizontal silos.
