Big-Bag unloader SBB1

Description

BIG BAG EMPTYING SYSTEM

The SBB1 big bag discharger is an industrial system specifically designed for the efficient breaking, emptying, and transferring of powdered and granular materials stored inside large sacks, also known on the global market as bulk bags or FIBC bags. This equipment represents a simple, economical, and highly impactful technological solution for small construction sites or those characterized by tight maneuvering spaces. Its use becomes fundamental in all those logistical situations and geographic areas where the direct supply of bulk material via heavy vehicles or road tankers is excessively complex, costly, or completely impossible.

BAG OPENING AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT

The station is designed to handle various types of industrial large bags containing cement, lime, bentonite, sand, or other similar bulk products. The big bags can be opened with extreme speed and safety thanks to the robust bag-breaking blade positioned in the upper part of the loading hopper. Alternatively, when using specific configurations such as big bags equipped with a tied discharge spout, opening can be performed manually through a dedicated protected compartment a procedure specifically designed not to damage the fabric of the bag, allowing it to be reused. Once collected in the hopper, the extracted material can be precisely transferred to the height and distance required by the operator, by activating the integrated discharging screw conveyor via the on-board electrical control panel.

FROM BIG BAG TO PLANT

The big bags (bulk bags or FIBC bags) emptying system model SBB1, just like the RS05 and RS1, is used for the addition of additives in powder mixing plants and in mixing plants of various types, or for the filling by bags of vertical silos and horizontal silos.
