BAG BREAKER 25 Kg
Simple, economical, and highly efficient, the RS05 bag-breaking hopper is a device specifically designed to facilitate the breaking, emptying, and transferring of powdered and granular materials packaged in standard 25 kg bags. This system represents a highly effective logistical solution for small construction sites, as well as for all those challenging operational scenarios or geographic areas where sourcing and transporting bulk materials via large road tankers is difficult, expensive, or entirely impossible.
BAG OPENING AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT
Handling operations are carried out quickly and safely, allowing operators to open bags of cement, lime, bentonite, sand, or other similar industrial products simply by placing them onto the robust bag-breaking blade integrated into the upper section of the hopper. Once emptied, the extracted material is channeled to the bottom of the structure and subsequently transferred to the height and distance required by the operator. This process is driven by a high-performance discharging screw conveyor, which is activated and managed in total safety via a dedicated, centralized electrical control panel.
WINNING COMBINATIONS
RS05 bag-breaking hoppers are used for adding additives in powder mixing and blending plants, for filling vertical or horizontal silos using bags, or in combination with the TECNO concrete mixing plant if a mobile concrete production plant is to be built at low cost.
