BAG BREAKER 25 Kg
Simple, economical, and efficient, the RS05 bag-breaking hopper is designed to open, empty, and transfer powdered and granular materials supplied in 25 kg bags. It provides an effective solution for small construction sites or in areas where bulk material supply is difficult or impossible.
BAG OPENING AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT
Bags of cement, lime, bentonite, sand, or similar materials can be easily opened by resting them on the cutting blade located on the top of the hopper. The extracted material is then transferred to the desired height and distance through a discharge screw conveyor, operated by the electrical control panel.
WINNING COMBINATIONS
RS05 bag-breaking hoppers are used for adding additives in powder mixing and blending plants, for filling vertical or horizontal silos using bags, or in combination with the TECNO concrete mixing plant if a mobile concrete production plant is to be built at low cost.
